WebGIS是GIS技术和Web技术结合的产物,近年来得到极大发展,但是随着人们对WebGIS要求的不断提高,WebGIS在应用中暴露出了反应速度慢、交互性差、用户体验性不高等缺点,文章通过对以Flex为代表的RIA技术和REST风格的研究,设计了WebGIS系统框架,在此基础上开发了一个试验系统,实验结果表明利用RIA和REST能有效地提高WebGIS的运行效率,增强用户的体验度,能够呈现更加丰富、体验性更强的用户界面,为WebGIS开发应用提供了新的思路。%World Wide Web Geographical Information System（WebGIS）is the combination of Geographical Information System（GIS）and Internet,which developed rapidly in recent years.But with the public increasing demands on WebGIS,poor interaction and low userexperience in traditional WebGIS application are gradually exposed.After studying the RIA（Rich Internet Applications）represented by Flex technology and REST（Representational State Transfer）style,this paper proposes WebGIS framework.Based this a test system is developed,and the result shows that this framework can effectively improve operating efficiency and enhance user＇s experience,which offers the new way for WebGIS development and application.
