In recent years, city economy has been developed greatly in Zengcheng which raises the level of the city, relying on its general dominance. In order to promote the general development of the city and improve the general efficiency of city operation and its competitive strength, Zengcheng set out to build a information based city planning system in respect of hardware, data, system management and has achieved greatly,which is a solid step toward highly information and network based city morphology.%近年来，增城市凭借自身的优势，大力发展城市经济，提升城市水平。为推动城市全面发展，提升城市的整体运行效率和竞争力，增城市从硬件、数据、系统和管理几方面着手进行城市规划信息化建设，取得了很好的成果，为实现高度信息化、全面网络化的城市形态迈出坚实的步伐。
