近年来,随着经济社会快速发展,城市地下空间被大量开发利用,作为城市地下空间主体的人防工程管理日趋迫切.为满足人防工程科学规范化管理需求,本文探讨了人防工程管理系统建设方案,该系统基于3S技术和网络技术将地理信息数据、人防工程专题数据、GPS数据在地图上以可视化的方式表现出来,并提供了信息查询、路径分析、预案分析、专题图等多种功能,为人防工程管理提供有效地支持.%In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society, a large number of city underground space is developed and utilized. So the management of civil air defense engineering which is the main department of city underground space becomes more and more urgent. In order to meet the needs of civil air defense engineering management, this paper discusses the consturction scheme of civil air defense enginnering management system. The civil air defense engineering management system is based on 3S technology and network technology, and shows the geographic information data, civil air defense engineering and GPS data on a map by the way of visualization display. In addition, the system provides a lot of functions for effective civil air defense engineering management, such as information query, path analysis, plan analysis, thematic map and so on.
