集体土地所有权登记发证技术与实践

摘要

For laying solid foundation for the development of agriculture and rural areas and to promote the development of urban and the harmony and stability of rural social , the central made the important decisions that speed up the registration of rural collective land approval.This work involves the broad masses of farmers'vital interests and has a huge impact on rural economic and social develop -ment.In this paper, combined with the practice of registration and certification and approval of one city , discusses the process and technical requirements , reached the practice experience , which can provide reference for similar project .%为夯实农业农村发展基础、促进城乡统筹发展和农村社会和谐稳定，中央作出了加快农村集体土地登记确权发证工作的重要决策。这项工作涉及广大农民切身利益，对农村经济社会发展影响巨大而深远。本文结合某市农村集体土地确权、登记、发证实践，论述了作业过程和技术要求，得出了实践体会，可供类似工程借鉴。
