利用WebGL跨平台且无需安装插件的优势,研究了基于WebGL的三维数字水利展示系统建设方法。以江苏省扬州市潼河典型河段为实验区,结合水利应用的具体需求,针对影像、高程、几何模型数据的处理与组织,以及虚拟三维地理场景的构建展开论述,建立了无插件的Web三维数字水利原型展示系统。实验证明,基于WebGL的三维数字水利展示系统可为用户在浏览器中提供良好的交互式三维可视化体验,并可以进一步满足建立信息系统的需要。%Taking advantages of WebGL , such as cross-platform and no plug-ins, a method of creating a WebGL -based three-dimensional display system was developed .In this research, a reach of Tong River in Yangzhou City was set as experimental area . Combining with the specific needs of water resources , the process and organization of images , elevation data and geometry models , and the construction of a virtual three -dimensional geographic scene was discussed , then a non-plug-in web based three-dimensional display system of digital water conservancy was developed .The experiment showed that WebGL-based three-dimensional display system can provide users with a good experience in the aspect of interactive visualization , and the prototype system can move forward a single step to meet the needs of creating an information system .
