肇东市建设用地节约集约评价研究

摘要

以肇东市为研究对象来开展建设用地集约利用评价，构建了建设用地集约利用的评价指标体系，此体系包含了利用强度指数、增长耗地指数、用地弹性指数和贡献比较指数，采用定性分析与定量评价相结合的方法，定性分析时主要从人口、经济发展与建设用地之间的关系来反映建设用地集约利用趋势；在定量分析时采用特尔菲法确定各指标权重，最后得到肇东市区域用地状况定量评价的总指数值，根据评价结果提出了相关的建议。%This paper carry out construction land intensive utilization evaluation in Zhaodong City, and constructed the evaluation in-dex system of intensive construction land use.this system includes the use intensity index to increase consumption index, land and contribute relatively elastic index, qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation method is been take.In the qualitative analysis mainly from the population, economic development and the relationship between the construction land to reflect the trend of intensive construction land use;In the quantitative analysis using Delphi method to determine the index weight, the resulting zhaodong regional land use quantitative evaluation index value.At last, put forward some suggestions according to the results of the evaluation.
