论测绘地理信息档案信息化管理方式

摘要

As the fast development of surveying and mapping informatization, higher requirements are put forward on archives manage-ment of surveying and mapping, Geographic Information System. On the other side, traditional management mode cannot meet the cur-rent needs. In this paper, an informatization archives management mode is put forward. Based on analysis of current archives manage-ment mode, different aspects of new mode including management system, digitization, data and business management, resources sha-ring, security measures, infrastructure and talent team building are discussed. Lastly, management process of this informatization mode is presented.%测绘信息化的快速发展,对测绘地理信息档案的管理提出了更高的要求,而传统的档案管理模式远远不能满足目前的需要.本文分析了现有的档案管理方式,重点从管理制度、数字化、数据和业务管理、资源共享、安全防护、基础设施和人才队伍建设等几个方面提出了档案信息化管理方式,最后论述了档案信息化管理流程.
