西门子F级燃气轮机热悬挂的分析与处理

摘要

热悬挂是燃气轮机在启动过程中比较严重的一种故障，主要原因是由于燃气轮机在启动升速过程中，排烟温度上升过快，与机组升速率不协调而造成压气机严重失速，即使再增加燃料量，也不能使机组正常升速。本文分析了西门子SGT5-4000F（4＋）型燃气轮机在启动过程中出现热悬挂的原因，并根据原因逐步排除，最终使热悬挂问题得以解决。%Thermal blockage is an important fault in the start-up process of gas turbine .The main reason is that exhaust temperature rises too fast in process of gas turbine starting up , and the unit rate is discordant causing severe stall of the compressor .Even if fuel quantity is increased , the unit can not normal raise speed .This paper analyzes the reasons of the thermal blockage of the Siemens SGT5-4000F (4+) gas turbine during the start-up process, and finally the problem is solved .
