辐板厚度变化对整体叶盘结构力学性能的影响

         

摘要

Taking the 4th blisk of a high pressure compressor as an example, the impacts of diaphragm thickness on the strength, vibration and stability caused by reverse temperature distribution of blisk struc⁃ture were discussed in this article. The calculation results indicated that diaphragm thickness can change the vibration, stress level and stability of the blisk to some extent. For example, the coupling vibration fre⁃quency of blisk increased with diaphragm thickness increase. But inherent frequency of blade was invari⁃able, and the stability of blisk became better, the stress curve of blisk was a parabola.%以发动机第四级等厚辐板整体叶盘结构为例,采用有限单元法,探讨辐板厚度变化对整体叶盘结构强度、振动及由反向温度场引起的轮盘稳定性的影响。结果表明,调整辐板厚度,可在不同程度上改变整体叶盘结构的振动特性、强度应力水平及轮盘稳定性。随着辐板厚度的增加,盘片耦合振动频率呈增加趋势,但叶片振动频率几乎不变,盘体静强度呈抛物线趋势,盘体稳定性增加。
