原子荧光光谱法测定水系沉积物中的锗的研究

         

摘要

本法采用硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸以及磷酸分解后,在25%的磷酸介质中,锗与硼氢化钾反应氢化物气体,以氩气为载气导入电热石英炉,火焰中与氢基碰撞离解为自由原子,在空心阴极灯光源的激发下产生荧光光谱。以锗的浓度为横坐标,荧光峰高值为纵坐标绘制工作曲线,从而测出试样中锗的浓度。%After decomposed by nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, perchloric acid, and phosphoric acid , in 25%of the phos-phoric acid medium, germanium reacts with potassium borohydride to produce hydride gases which is imported to electric quartz furnace with argon as carrier gas , collide with hydrogen atoms in flames to dissoved to free atoms,and emit fluores-cence spectrum under the excitation of the hollow cathode light source .High concentration of germanium as abscissa, fluo-rescence peak value as the y-coordinate, working curve are drawn out and the concentration of germanium in the sample are measured.
