转炉生产线含MgO固废的厂内循环利用工艺与实践

摘要

含有MgO为主成分的耐火材料，难以在钢厂实现全量的回收与利用，本文介绍了转炉生产线废弃的炼钢容器耐火材料镁碳砖和连铸机中间包使用后废弃的中间包涂料的全量应用工艺与实践。%Containing MgO style as the main component of refractory , difficult to achieve in steel mills all amount of recov-ery and utilization , this paper introduces the converter production scrap steel container refractory magnesia carbon brick and continuous caster tundish after using tundish coating the whole amount of application technology of the waste and the prac -tice.
