基于PROFIBUS-DP网络的AB-Controllogix5000与SIMATICS7-300的通讯

摘要

PROFIBUS-DP（Decentralized Periphery）是一种经过优化的高速数据通信协议，适用于设备级控制系统与分散式I／O的通讯。主站通过标准的PROFIBUS-DP专用电缆与分散的现场设备（远程I／O、驱动器、阀门、智能传感器或下层网络等）进行通讯。本文主要介绍了采用PROFIBUS-DP网络的AB-Controllogix5000控制器与SIMATIC S7-300控制器之间的通讯方法，并运用于酒钢400万选矿浮选控制PLC（Rslogix5000）与浮选液位控制PLC（S7-300）之间的数据交换通讯。%PROFIBUS-DP(Decentralized Periphery) is a optimized data communication protocol, which can be applied in equipment control system and distributed I/O communication .The master station communicates with scattered field appara-tus including remote I/O, actuators, valves, intelligent sensors and low-level network by means of standard ROFIBUS-DP specific cable.This thesis mainly discusses communication method between AB-Controllogix5000 controller using PROFI-BUS-DP network and SIMATIC S 7-300 controller , as well as application of the system in 400 ton concentration works , with Rslogix5000 as beneficiation controller and S 7-300 as floatation process level controller .
