上料皮带分料车小车的改造设计与实施

摘要

In view of the latent problem existed in the hoist and point cart at the3#blast furnace in AnSteel, through e a-nalysis and research was implemented on cart single flap reconstruction to change the original feeding way, which greatly re-duces the start-stop frequency of points skip cart, and reduces the use of basic cancel the flap.The transform has obtained the good effect.%针对安钢3#高炉槽上上料分料小车存在的隐患问题,通过分析与研究对分料小车单翻板改造,改变原有上料方式,极大减少分料车的启停次数,基本取消翻板的利用,改造取得了良好效果.
