260 t／h 锅炉给水溶解氧超标问题的原因分析与处理

摘要

The article introduced the technology status of 260t/h utility boiler.It analyzed the problems in deaerator system when the utility boiler directly supplied the steam pipes with low-pressure steam.Based on the transformation of deaerator feed water system and the operation mode adjustment , the dissolved oxygen content of boiler feed water finally returned to normal range .%对邯钢260 t／h发电锅炉的工艺现状进行了介绍，简述了发电锅炉直接外供低压蒸汽时除氧系统出现的问题。针对相应问题进行了分析，通过对除氧器给水系统改造，结合系统运行方式的调整，锅炉给水溶解氧含量最终恢复到了正常范围。
