超低硫管线钢精炼工艺研究

摘要

Through deep desulfurization technology research on LF refining process, the ultra-low sulfur pipeline steel pro-duction process was established.By controlling the basicity of the slag, and content of FeO and Al2 O3 in slag and other measures, the target of S content <0.001%, desulfurization rate>90%after deep desulfurization for the pipeline was a-chieved.%通过对LF精炼过程深脱硫的工艺研究，确立了超低硫管线钢生产工艺，通过控制炉渣的碱度，渣中FeO以及Al2 O3含量等措施，实现了管线钢深脱硫后S含量＜0．001％、脱硫率大于90％的目标。
