提高钢包底吹透气率工艺的研究与应用

摘要

Lade bottom blowing permeable rate is an important item of technical-economical indicator at jigang steelmaking plant.High bottom blowing permeable rate is aim pursued at many iron and steel enterprises.It restricts directly improving quality of liquid steel and slab.Whereas presently actuality,we have advanced the research and application of improving lade bottom blowing permeable rate process.Aim at these problems such as bottom permeable brick fracture and slit stoped by permeating through steel and pipeline damage and so on, a series of improving measures is proposed such as reducing slit stoped by permeating through steel by rationally choosing permeable brick material and fracture rate by improving assembly dimension of permeable brick and strengthening bottom permeable pipe maintenance and management.The favourable bottom blowing effect provides powerful ensurer to produce high quality steel, especially low carbon and low phosphorus and low sulphur steel.%钢包底吹透气率做为我厂的一项重要技术经济指标,高底吹透气率是许多钢铁企业追求的目标,直接制约到钢水质量、铸坯质量的稳定提高.鉴于目前现状,我们提出了"提高钢包底吹透气率的工艺改进研究与应用",针对现存底吹透气砖断裂、透气砖罅缝夹钢堵塞、管路被损坏等问题,提出一系列改进方案,如:合理选择透气砖材质,降低罅缝夹钢堵塞;改进透气砖装配尺寸,降低断裂几率;加强底吹管路的维护和管理;良好的底吹效果对品种钢尤其是低碳低磷低硫钢种的生产提供了有力保障.
