复方丹参注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨复方丹参注射液在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病治疗中的疗效。方法：随机抽取2008年1月至2010年6月未使用复方丹参注射液治疗的中重度HIE患儿47例作为对照组，2010年1月至2011年11月加用复方丹参注射液的中重度HIE患儿45例作为治疗组，比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗组总有效41例，无效4例，总有效率为91.11%；对照组总有效35例，无效12例，总有效率为74.74%。且差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组高于对照组。结论：在常规治疗的基础上，联用复方丹参注射液提高了新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病临床疗效，值得儿科医生参考。%To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of compound salvia injection in the treatment for patients with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods: 47 cases of severe HIE without the use of compound salvia injection were as the control group from Jan 2008 to June 2010 , and 45 cases of severe HIE with the use of compound salvia injection were as treatment group from Jan 2010 to Nov 2011 in which the curative effect was compared . Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.11%(41),and was 74.74%(35)in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) in two groups in which the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group . Conclusion: On the basis of conventional therapy,the treatment combined with compound salvia injection can improves the clinical curative effect of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy patients , which is worthy of pediatricians reference .
