目的：分析恶性肿瘤住院患者的年龄、性别及种类构成，为恶性肿瘤防治工作提供依据。方法：提取某医院病案数据库中2009~2014年恶性肿瘤住院患者的资料，进行统计处理。结果：某医院2009~2014年恶性肿瘤患者住院病人5479例，病例数逐年增加，其中2009年最低，为600例，2014年最高，为1298例。前10位恶性肿瘤占恶性肿瘤总数的82.6%，依次为胃癌、肺癌、食道癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、直肠结肠癌等。恶性肿瘤患病率男性61.2%，女性38.8%。5年间，男性恶性肿瘤患病率居第1位的是胃癌，女性第1位的是乳腺癌。肿瘤患者男性病例多于女性，男女比例1.52∶1，年龄构成以60岁以上人群高发。结论：应加强中年以上人群针对性定期体检，早发现，早治疗。做好全社会健康宣教工作，倡导健康的生活方式，减轻压力，改善环境。%Objective:Analyze the age and gender of inpatient with malignant tumor as well as the constitutional characteristics of species of malignant tumor to provide the basis for malignant tumor prevention and treatment. Methods:Extract the data of inpatient with ma⁃lignant tumor from the database of some hospital medical records from 2009 to 2014, then make statistics and process dates by using Excel. Results:From 2009 to 2014 ,The number of inpatient with malignant tumor in that hospital was 5479,which increased year by year. Among them,the minimum number of cases was 600 in 2009 and the maximum was 1298 in 2014. The top 10 malignant tumors account for 82.6%of the total number,they were gastric cancer,lung cancer,esophageal cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,etc. respectively. Male incidents of malignant tumor account for 61.2%and for female was 38.8%. Among five years,the first bit of male incident of malignant tumor was the gastric cancer,which of female was breast cancer. There are age and gender discrepancies among cancer patients,while the number of males patients was excess female patients and the ratio between them was 1.52:1. People whose age over 60 were tend to afflicted with it. Conclusion:Fixed physical examination should be applied to middle-age group to diagnose and have better treatment in time. Such being the case, the entire society should thrive to disseminate the concept of a healthy life style and thereby make people relieve their pressure and great accomplishment in improving their living condition.
