定向刨花板家具偏心连接件抗拔性能研究

摘要

This paper discusses the two types of Eccentric Fittings on drawing strength of OSB furniture,and draw the conclusion through the analysis and comparison that plastic embedded part of the OSB as the oriented hole diameter increases the maximum pullout force ifrst increased and then decreased regulation, metal embedded parts of the maximum pulling force as the oriented hole diameter with the increase of the rule of declining, at the same time puts forward some suggestions for the application of Oriented Strand Board Furniture.%本文探讨两类偏心连接件在定向刨花板家具中的抗拔力学性能，并且对结果进行了分析比较，结果表明在定向刨花板中塑料预埋件的最大抗拔力随着导向孔直径的增大呈现先上升后下降的规律，金属预埋件的最大抗拔力随着导向孔直径的增大呈现不断下降的规律，同时对定向刨花板在家具中的应用提出了几点建议。
