轻量化重组竹家具产品设计理念

摘要

产品轻量化设计，就是以减轻产品物理自重和视觉重量感的产品设计。当今重组竹家具市场看好，但存在着的产品自重大、安装搬运困难等缺陷。设计实践表明：重组竹与其它材料搭配使用的材料多元化设计手段可以减轻自重，功能设计和强度计算校核可以使零部件的形态、构型以及结构更加科学合理，从而实现规格轻量化，虚实结合、实体遮掩、阴影利用等合适的造型处理及其缩小可见轮廓尺寸的成型加工等手段，可以在视觉上减轻自重，使用可拆装连接件可以实现安装与搬运的轻量化。%Lightweight Design is the design method to reduce the product physical weight and the weight of visual sense. The biggest lfaw of reconstituted bamboo furniture product in current market is that the weight of product itself is too big . The designing practice shows that the diversiifcation use of material can reduce its weight and the scientiifc function design and strength calculation can achieve its lightweight speciifcation. In addition, the appropriate modeling and processing can reduce the visual weight of the furniture product. And the use of removable connectors can realize the lightweight of installation and transportation.
