摘要

1 History A 57-year-old male with a mass detected in the abdomen for 1 month.2 Image Findings Unenhanced CT-scan shows a round-like mass measured 8.7 cm×7.3 cm with clear boundary in the para-aortic region.The lesion shows uneven density,lower density shadow was observed inside,without obvious calcification.On contrast enhanced images,the mass shows obviously heterogeneous enhancement,and is persistent enhanced at venous phase.There is no significant enhancement in the cystic area,and the capsule is intact.CTA showed the mass was supplied by a branch of left renal artery.
