Studies on Preparation and Supercapacitive Property of Mos2 Nanoflake Arrays

The hexagonal MoS_2 nanoflake arrays(MNFs)has been synthesized on a Cu substrate by using a hydrothermal method with(NH_4)6Mo_7O_(24)·4H_2O as molybdenum source,CN_2H_4S as the sulfur source and reductant,and(CH_3)_2CHOH as the dispersant.The morphology and crystal structure of the MNFs were characterized by SEM,XRD,XPS and TEM.The morphology evolution
