Tianyou 3229 was adopted to study the effect of N fertilizing level and planting density on yield and yield components. 4 levels of N fertilizing: no-fertilizer trial plot ( 0 kg/hm2 ) , low fertilizer trial plot ( 105 kg/ hm2 ) ,medium fertilizer trial plot ( 180 kg/hm2 ) , high fertilizer trial plot ( 270 kg/hm2 ) and 2 levels of planting den- sity: high density ( 3.0 × 104 collections/hm2 ) , low density ( 1.8 × 104 collections/hm2 ) were set up for the experiment. Results are as follows: N fertilizing level and planting density both has a significant influence on the yield of Tianyou 3229, the yield of medium N level trial plot was highest, and next was the high N level trial plot, in addition, significant differences of yield among different N level trial plots were observed; Density increasing has a minor impact on yield. Impact of N fertilizing level and planting density on yield components were different, on which, spike number per unit area was affected most, next was grains per spike, and seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight were lesser. Under experiment, N fertilizing level 180 kg/hm2 and planting density 3.0× 104 collections/hm2 were suitable to release the high yield potential of Tianyou 3229.%以天优3229为试验材料,研究了施氮水平和栽植密度对其产量及构成因素的影响。氮肥设置4个水平,分别为无肥区(0 kg/hm2)、低肥区(105 kg/hm2)、中肥区(180 kg/hm2)、高肥区(270 kg/hm2);栽植密度设置2个水平,分别为高密度(30.0万丛/hm2)和低密度(18.0万丛/hm2)。结果表明:施氮水平、栽植密度对天优3229产量均有显著影响。中肥区实割产量最高,高肥区产量次之,且不同氮肥施用水平间产量差异达显著水平;增加密度对产量的影响相对较小。施氮水平及栽植密度对产量构成因素的影响不同,其中对单位面积穗数影响最大,每穗粒数次之,结实率、千粒重相对较小。在试验条件下,施氮量180 kg/hm2,栽植密度30.0万丛/hm2有利于天优3229发挥其高产潜力。
