目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图(CDE)在主动脉窦瘤(ASA)手术前后的应用价值。方法对29例患者术前术后进行CDE检查。结果CDE对28例主动脉窦瘤破裂(RASA)作出正确诊断，准确率为96.6％；对合并症室缺(VSD)确诊12例，准确率66．7％；CDE估计破口直径与手术所测相近；术后CDE准确检查出1例窦瘤补片开裂，并进行再次手术。结论CDE是RASA术前评价和术后随访最具价值的无创技术。%Objective:To assess the value of Color Doppler Echocardiography (CDE)in the examination of aortic sinus aneurysm(ASA) before and after operation. Methods: 29 patients were examined preoperatively and postoperatively by CDE. Results: 28patients were diagnosed correctly by CDE with accuracy 96.6%. 12 cases (66. 7%)of ventricular septal defect (VSD)were correctlydetected. The rupture diameter of ASA estimated by CDE was similar to that determined by operation. One case was found aorticprosthesis dehiscence after operation and then operated again. Conclusions: CDE is a noninvasive and valuable method forpreoperative assessment and postoperative follow-up of RASA.
