深大基坑顺作/逆作复合工法在厦门市某基坑的应用

摘要

针对传统顺作法和逆作法的优缺点,在厦门嘉禾园中山医院地下车库的建设中,提出了深大基坑逆作法与顺作法复合支护技术,这在厦门地区还是首次采用。通过对原方案顺作法和优化后的顺作/逆作复合工法的有限元分析可知,原方案支撑刚度低,变形大;优化方案楼板提供的水平支撑刚度极大,变形小。嘉禾园地下车库将原顺作法施工方案优化为逆作法/顺作法复合工法,节省了大量材料、节约了工期,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为厦门市乃至福建地区的基坑工程施工提供了借鉴。%Compare with the advantages and disadvantages of traditional normal and reverse construction methods,a normal and reverse compound construction is introduced in the project of underground garage of Zhongshan Hospital and Jiaheyuan Park.This method was first time used in Xiamen Area.Compared with the limit element analysis of the former and the new construction scheme,we found the former has a low stiffness and large deformation.Because of the advantages of large structure stiffness and small deformation,the normal and reverse compound construction method saves large material and time.It Achieves good economic and social benefits and provides experience for deep excavation for Xiamen and Fujian area.
