超轻陶粒种类和掺量对泡沫混凝土性能影响的试验研究

摘要

This paper designed different mix ratio of foam concrete with the same amount of cement,fly ash,water and foam,and different species and content of super light ceramsite,tested the performance such as the compressive strength,water absorption,dry apparent density,and studied the influence of different species and content of super light ceramsite to the performance of concrete,laid the foundation for the use of ceramsite foam concrete.%在水泥用量、粉煤灰取代水泥率、水用量和泡沫体积不变的前提下,通过试验系统研究了300级陶粒、500级陶粒以及两种陶粒质量比4：6复合时陶粒泡沫混凝土抗压强度、干表观密度、24h吸水率随陶粒掺量的变化程度和规律,确定了超轻陶粒掺加方式、适宜掺量范围和复合比例,为陶粒泡沫混凝土的生产提供了可供参考的试验数据。
