摘要

As the first step in the process of construction project for a construction enterprise, bidding plays a vital role in the success of the project, and decision-making process is the key point of bidding.In this paper, we will analyze the elements that would effect the deci-sion-making process, and provide some countermeasures.%作为建设工程施工企业项目开展过程中的首要环节，投标活动对项目的成败有着至关重要的作用。而投标活动的关键在于投标决策过程。本文就房屋建设工程投标决策影响因素进行分析，并提出了管理应对措施。
