据众多成功建筑工程基础优化案例与实践，提出平潭某安置小区基础工程优化方案，并深入进行新旧方案的工程造价对比分析，为优化后的新方案造价更经济、更合理提供有力的支持性依据。%The comparative analysis of the building cost based on the practice before and numerous accomplished cases of optimization of the foundation of architectural engineering was made , we managed to bring up the optimization scheme for the foundation work of a resettle-ment community in Pingtan.Meanwhile , we have comparatively analyzed the building cost of the old and the new scheme deeply , intending to further the optimized scheme , making it more economical and proper.
