挂钩式幕墙开启扇安全和节能问题分析及对策

         

摘要

Possible problems in opening windows of hook-type curtain wall system, such as the substandard energy saving, water leakage, decoupling, axial movement and window falling, are briefly analyzed. Taking the nodal drawings of hook-type opening window as an exam-ple, deficiencies in engineering design and construction are pointed out. In order to solve the problems and to make opening window behave better in safety and energy saving, the main components of nodal structures, such as lockable stay-arm, above beam, anti-falling block, window frame and window sash, are analyzed and modified.%简述挂钩式幕墙开启扇脱钩、左右窜动、空中掉扇、漏水、节能不达标等问题的原因;以挂钩式开启扇节点图纸为例,指出工程设计和施工中存在的不足,通过对节点中伸缩臂、上横梁、防脱块、窗框和窗扇等重要构件进行分析和改良,从而解决以上问题,使开启扇达到安全、节能的效果。
