浅谈工程变更对公路项目投资控制的影响

摘要

针对当前公路项目工程变更的实际情况,从工程变更管理现状、工程变更产生原因、工程变更的特性、工程变更统计分析、工程变更可靠度分析等方面简单论述,必须加强工程变更管理工作,才能达到投资控制的目的。%Based on the actual situation of highway project engineering change,this paper briefly describes the current situation of engineering change management,the causes of engineering change,the characteristics,the statistical analysis of engineering change,and the reliability analysis of engineering change.Finally the paper proposes strengthening engineering change management to achieve the purpose of investment control.
