高层建筑层间隔震技术的应用探讨

         

摘要

层间隔震是隔震技术的新发展,它将隔震层设置在建筑物某层柱子和楼板之间进行结构的地震反应控制。本文以位于地震高烈度区的某高层办公楼建筑为例,为了提高其抗震性能而对其采用了层间隔震技术。设计结果表明,隔震层上部结构层间剪力相对于非隔震结构降低了45%以上,且罕遇地震作用下的最大弹塑性位移角约为1/300,抗震设计水准提高到了"大震可修"的程度,具有良好的隔震效果,是一项值得深入研究和逐步推广的减震技术。%The interlayer seismic isolation is a newly proposed isolation system,in which,the laminated rubber bearings are inserted between a floor and the columns that support it to control the seismic response.In this paper,we take a high-rise office building located in a region of high earthquake intensity as an example,in order to improve the seismic performance,we apply the design method of interlayer seismic isolation.The design analysis proves that the story shear force of the upper structure relative to the non-isolated structure reduces by more than 45%,and the largest elastic-plastic displacement angle under the rare earthquake is about 1/300,and the seismic design standard reaches to the repairable extent under the rare earthquake,with good isolation effect.
