Keangnam河内标志塔有粘结预应力楼板结构设计与施工

     

摘要

The Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower is a tallest building structure using post--tensioning technology ranked in the world. The paper addresses many challenges in design and construction to larger column--free spaced post--tensioned concrete floor as follows: 1) crack prevention of temperature shrinkage stresses, 2) pouring scheme and sequence of prestressing site work, 3) stressing scheme and tinting, 4) providing a five --day construction cycle incorporated above mentioned design considerations. It reveals that a cheaper and faster construction cycle for a large scale of post--tensioned concrete floor is completely achievable even under restricted resources, and therefore, its advantages in particular the high added value and the competitiveness are fully confirmed.%Keangnam河内标志塔主楼是世界上采用有粘结预应力技术建成的最高建筑物。本文从以下几个方面综合叙述了极富挑战性的大跨度有粘结预应力楼板结构的设计及施工:1)温度、收缩应力控制措施;2)混凝土浇捣分区的划分与预应力工序的安排;3)预应力张拉的方案与时机;4)结合上述设计考虑制定的5天施工工期。证明了只要精心设计,合理安排,在有限资源的条件约束下大规模预应力混凝土楼板是完全可以实现经济快速的施工工期,确认了它是一种附加价值高、极具竞争力的楼板结构形式。
