城市内河外源污染调查及整治——以莆田护城河为例

摘要

External pollution is the main Cause of the black - malodorous problem in Hucheng River of PuTian City, in order to effectively promote the pollution control of black - malodorous problem, priority should be given to the control of external pollution. Based on the investigation, the paper sorts out the external pollution sources of Hucheng River, and analyzes the sources and the characteristics of various kinds of pollutants, then combined with local specific circumstances this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for pollution control, meanwhile, proposes suggestions on construction schedule arrangement and construction of pollution prevention and control system, which provide ideas for pollution control of external pollution in urban city.%外源污染是莆田市护城河黑臭问题的主要致因,为了有效推进护城河黑臭问题的治理,优先对外源污染进行整治.通过现场调查对护城河的外源污染源进行梳理归类,分析各类污染的来源及特征,并结合当地的具体情况提出相应的外源污染整治方案,同时提出城市河道外源污染治理宜"改造建设时序和污染防治制度建设并重"思路.
