优质高淀粉甘薯新品种大区试验初报

摘要

Nine sweet potato cultivars with high-quality and high-starch content were introduced and large-area field test was conducted in 2011.The results showed that Guangshu87 and Fushu16 could be used for fresh food or processing into starch;Fushu8,Jinshu3,Longshu14 could be used as qualified fresh food;Quanshu9,Jinshan208,Quanshu17 were applied for processing into starch;Quanshu76 were used for both food and feed.These nine new cultivars were all suitable to be further tested and demonstrated in more large area.%2011年从省内外引进9个优质高淀粉甘薯新品种进行田间大区试验,结果表明：广薯87、福薯16号可作为优质食用品种及淀粉加工品种利用,福薯8号、金薯3号、龙薯14号可作为优质食用品种利用,泉薯9号、金山208、泉薯17可作为淀粉加工品种利用,泉薯76可作为食饲兼用型品种利用。这9个新品种均适宜在当地进一步扩大试验示范。
