焦化设备隔热层下腐蚀与防护

摘要

介绍了焦化设备隔热层下腐蚀机理，分析了其影响因素及防护措施，其中金属保护涂层是最基本的方法，并提出了隔热涂料在焦化设备的应用。%This paper introduces the corrosion mechanism under the insulator of coking equipment and analyzes its effect factors as well as the protective measurements,in which the metal-protective coating is the most basic measurement,and additionally proposes the application of thermal insulating coatings to the coking equipments.
