提高焦化粗苯回收率的措施

摘要

对粗苯回收工艺中影响粗苯回收率的因素进行了分析，通过技术改造，使夏季洗苯平均温度保持在25℃左右，中压蒸汽取代了管式炉加热，夏季粗苯收率由0．867％提高到0．973％，全年粗苯收率平均达到1．03％。%This paper analyzes the factors which affect the recovery rate of coke oven light oil (CO-LO) in process.The average temperature of benzol scrubbing in summer is maintained around 25℃by means of technical improvement .Instead of pipe still,medium pressure steam is used for heating so that the recovery rate of the COLO increases from 0.867%to 0.973%in summer and the annual av-erage rate reaches up to 1.03%.
