针状焦原料预处理参数的选择

摘要

Raw material must be pretreated for needle coke production .Generally solvent method is adopted to prepare refined pitch from maltha .Experiments were carried out to determine the optimum ratio between solvent , insolubles and maltha .The yield of refined pitch and influence of QI are analyzed in this paper ,so as to finalize the process condition to prepare refined pitch .%生产针状焦必须对原料进行预处理，一般采用溶剂法将软沥青制备成精制沥青。对溶剂比、芳脂比、软沥青配比进行了试验，并对精制沥青的收率及QI的影响进行分析，找出生产精制沥青的工艺条件。
