镍钛形态记忆合金聚髌器治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折

摘要

Objective To investigate clinical effect of surgical treatment of comminuted patellar fracture with NiTi-patellar concentrator (NT-PC). Methods In this retrospective study, 40 patients with acute comminuted patellar fracture accepted open reduction and internal fixation with NT-PC, and their curative effects were evaluated by the clinical grading scale of B(o)stman. Results All the 40 patients were followed up for 14 months on average (2 - 34 months). According to clinical grading scale of B(o)stman et al, the mean score was 27.4, the percent of patients with excellent and good results was 95.0％ (33 excellent, 82.5％ ;5 good,12.5％; 2 unsatisfactory,5％). Conclusions Curative effect of surgical treatment on comminuted patellar fracture with NT-PC was satisfactory.%目的 探讨镍钛形态记忆合金聚髌器(NiTi-patellar concentrator,NT-PC)治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的疗效.方法 对40例新鲜粉碎性髌骨骨折病例采用NT-PC内固定,参照Bstman等标准进行疗效评价.结果 40例患者均获随访,随访时间2~34月,平均14月.根据Bstman评分标准,平均分为27.4分,其中优33例(82.5%)、良5例(12.5%)、差2例(5%),优良率95.0%.结论 NT-PC治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的疗效较好.
