国外当前慕课发展中存在的问题探析

         

摘要

当前慕课在国外已经成为一种蔚为壮观的显学,许多大学与公司纷纷合作开发慕课课程。但在这个过程中,出现了各种问题:在课程设计方面,慕课的教学方法与评价环节质量不高;在学习者方面,慕课吸引的大都是已具有大学学位的成年人,并且中途辍学率较高;在制作慕课的高校与教授方面,制作慕课耗费了巨大的人力、物力,影响了他们的正常教学与科研;在慕课公司方面,投入巨大,却至今尚未找到稳定可靠的经济来源。解决慕课当前问题的一个可能方法是对慕课进行明确的课程定位,并根据定位收取相应的费用。%MOOCs have become a prominent phenomenon abroad. Many universities and companies cooperate to develop various forms of MOOCs. However, a variety of problems arise in the process. Firstly, MOOCs’ teaching methods and evaluation are of low quality. Secondly, most learners are adults who already have university degrees and the dropout rate is very high. Thirdly, universities and professors spend an enormous amount of money and time on MOOCs, which affects routine teaching and research in university. Fourthly, companies investing a great deal of money in MOOCs cannot find stable sources of income. A possible way to solve these current problems is to orientate MOOCs, and price MOOCs accordingly.
