静脉滴注法CT胆系造影对阻塞性胆管病变的诊断价值

摘要

Objective]To study the clinical value of drip infusion CT cholangiography (DI-CTC) in obstructive biliary diseases. [Methods] 18 cases with obstructive biliary diseases were involved in the study. All the patients underwent upper abdominal spiral CT scanning and three-dimensional biliary imaging with MIP, VR, MPR and CPR were reconstructed. [Results] DI-CTC were performed successfully in all cases and 3D images indicated positions, causes, and extents of obstructive diseases. MIP, MPR and CPR images were more informative than axial images for biliary anatomy and abnormalities.[Conclusion]DI-CTC is an important way to examine the patients with obstructive biliary diseases.%　　[目的]研究静脉滴注法CT胆系造影对胆道梗阻性病变的临床应用价值。[方法]对18例怀疑胆道梗阻的患者进行静脉滴注法CT胆系造影。螺旋CT扫描从膈顶至胰腺钩突区，以MIP、VR、MPR和CPR合成三维胆管树影像。[结果]18例静脉滴注法CT胆系造影均显示了胆管梗阻的部位、原因、程度及范围，胆管解剖和异常在MPR、CPR 和MIP图像比轴位图像显示清楚。[结论]静脉滴注法CT胆系造影，对梗阻的判断准确可靠，可提供高质量的围手术期胆系三维影像。
