血液制品生产废水的处理工艺

     

摘要

血液制品是由健康人血浆或经特异免疫的人血浆,经分离、提纯或由重组DNA技术制成的血浆蛋白组分以及血液细胞有形成分。如其中的人血白蛋白、人凝血因子、人免疫球蛋白等,用于被动免疫预防和治疗。血液制品的生产过程产生工业废水,需要对其进行处理。目前,废水生物处理工艺有SBR工艺、AB工艺、CASS工艺和LINPOR工艺等。提高废水处理效果,减小运行管理和设备投资费用,减少污水处理厂占地面积和提高工艺适应能力仍然是废水处理的关键。主要介绍血液制品生产废水的DAT-IAT处理工艺。废水处理符合当代人日趋增强的环保意识的要求,应重视推广和研究。%  blood products by healthy human plasma or human plasma by specific immune, after separation, purification or is made by recombinant DNA technology of the plasma protein component, and the physical components of the blood cells. DAT-IAT process intro-duces the wastewater from the production of blood products. Wastewater treatment to comply with the requirements of the increasing level of envi-ronmental awareness of contemporary people should pay attention to the promotion and research.
