CAE在平旋盘铸件无石墨冷铁优化工艺设计中的应用

         

摘要

For solving the dispersed shrinkage of the facing head casting of machine tool, casting process was simulated by CAE and the position of the dispersed shrinkage was predicted.The gating systems and the structure of casting were improved by the large orifice discharge theory.The results show that after improvement, not only the dispersed shrinkage defect was removed, but also the quality of the castings was improved.%为解决机床平旋盘铸件缩松缺陷问题,采用CAE对铸造过程进行模拟分析并预测缩松位置.运用大孔出流理论改进浇注系统设计及铸件结构.结果表明,改进后不但解决了铸件的缩松缺陷问题,而且提高了产品质量.
