电炉熔炼铁水的预处理和变质工艺研究

     

摘要

研究了电炉熔炼铁水性质与铸件金相组织和力学性能之间的关系,并通过对炉内铁水的预处理和K/Na-Re复合变质处理,来提高电炉熔炼铁水的质量。试验结果表明:经过预处理和复合变质处理后,长时间保温电炉铁水的可孕育性能大大提高,所生产的铸件金相组织改善,力学性能提升。%This paper analyzes the relationship between properties of molten iron in electric furnace and microstructure and mechanical properties of castings. By combining the pretreatment with K/Na-Re modification, quality of molten iron can be well improved. Experimental results showed that, the inoculation effects of molten iron after long time heat preservation are greatly improved by the pretreatment and complex modification process. The metallurgical structure was improved, and mechanical properties of castings increased greatly.
