自主创新与我国战略性新兴产业发展的“机会窗口”

摘要

本文基于创新生命周期与产业演进的基本理论,认为当前我国提出要发展战略性新兴产业,其实质在于抓住国际上产业结构转换和升级的“机会窗口”,提升我国产业的技术实力和在国际产业分工中的地位.为此,我国应当立足于自主创新,大力推进技术、组织和制度方面的变革,为战略性新兴产业的成长创造良好的空间.%Based on the theories of innovation life cycle and industry evolution, the paper argues that the essence of developing strategic emerging industry in China is to seize windows of opportunity of international industry structural transferring and upgrading, and to enhance Chinese industrial technology power, and to advance Chinese status in international industry division. China should promote changes of technology, organization and institution based on indigenous innovation, and create a good environment for developing strategic emerging industry.
