民营大企业研发体系模式分析

摘要

Non-governmental enterprise plays an important role in the development of China economy and technology innovation system.In order to gain the increasing income in a long turn, a large non-governmental enterprise needs its own ability of R&D.The R&D system is a fundamental base to support enterprise's continuous innovations.We chose 8 firms over 10 billion from the 202 innovation-oriented firms named by three department of China government , such as MOST.Based on these typical 8 firms, three organization mode of R&D system in a large non-governmental enterprises are concluded, which are section-centralizing mode,center-dominant mode and net-open mode.Then, the paper puts forward some principle points of these modes.%民营大企业在我国技术创新体系建设中发挥了重要作用.民营大企业要实现长期创新发展,离不开企业自己的研发力量,因此,建设研发体系是民营大企业持续创新发展的根本保证.从科技部等三部委评出的202家创新型企业中选出规模超过100亿元的8家民营企业作为典型企业,总结出科层集中式、中央主导式和网络开放式三类企业研发体系模式,并分析各个模式的基本特征,及其启示与建议.
