随着全球低碳经济的发展,国际贸易中的碳规则越来越多,特别是发达国家实施量化减排,对碳减排的要求由国内经济扩展到国际贸易,导致低碳贸易壁垒愈演愈烈.低碳贸易壁垒对我国出口贸易和产业发展造成深远影响,我国应充分认识到低碳贸易壁垒作为影响国际贸易的一个长期因素,在做好短期应对的同时,积极推进我国低碳经济的发展和产业转型,使我国的对外贸易在低碳时代获得更大的发展空间.%With the development of world low-carbon economy, there are more and more carbon regulations, especially the developed countries implement quantization carbon reducing, the requirement of reducing carbon expands from national economy to international trade, which result in more and more strong low-carbon trade barrier. Low-carbon trade barriers have deep influence on China's export trade and industrial development. We should be aware of the long influence of low-carbon trade barrier, take active steps to promote our country's industrial transformation and low-carbon economy development, which make our country's export trade have more developing space.
