本文利用我国2000-2009年30个省市区的面板数据,运用静态和动态面板数据模型,研究了知识产权保护对我国区域经济增长的影响.提出我国应根据区域经济发展不平衡的实际,采取宽严适度的知识产权保护政策措施.%Based the panel data of China's 30 provinces from 2000 to 2009, the paper examines the impact of IPRs on regional economic growth using static and dynamic panel data method. The results show that lagged IPRs have a significant positive impact on economic growth, and there is an inverse-U-shaped relationship between IPRs and regional economic growth, so an optimal protection could exist , but China has not achieved such optimization in the sample period. Meanwhile, the paper also proves that IPRs have an indirectly positive effect on regional economic growth through R&D, FDI, human capital channel, and a negtive effect through openness channel. Finally, the paper proposes that appropriate IPRs policies should be employed according to unbalanced regional economic development.
