基于ASP网络化汽车废旧零部件绿色回收模式研究

摘要

The used car parts in China is puor recovery. Based on the "resource-saving and environment-friendly" corporate strategy, this paper puts forward a network based on ASP model for recycling used car parts to achieve automotive parts from scrap recycling, dismantling, re-use, guide the processing of green design and green manufacturing in the whole process of management. The paper puts forward network architecture of the model and system structure and operation process. The paper studies win-win model and its responsibilities. It's the support for green auto parts design, manufacture and recovery.%结合中国汽车制造业废旧零部件回收模式落后现状和中国建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的需求,提出了一种能够实现汽车废旧零部件从回收、拆解、再利用、指导绿色设计和绿色加工等全过程管理的、基于ASP网络化汽车零部件绿色回收模式,构建了该模型的网络架构、体系结构和运行流程,并对多方共赢模式下的回收体系实施集成方案进行了研究,为汽车零部件的绿色设计、制造和回收提供支持.
