江西省科技创新人才从净流出向净流入转变的经验与启示

摘要

For the transformation of the mode of economic growth and the development of strategic emerging industries,Jiangxi Province implemented the S&T “Six-One” Project,of which,the formation of “100 Advantage of S&T Innovation Team” is an important content.As one of the underdeveloped areas in China,Jiangxi Province achieved the S&T talent from net outflow to net inflow by S&T management concepts and management mechanisms innovation,which experience gives good examples and brings some inspiration to other underdeveloped areas in talent loss solution.%为转变经济增长方式、发展战略性新兴产业,江西省实施了科技创新“六个一”工程,组建“100个优势科技创新团队”是工程建设中涉及科技创新人才的重要内容.作为我国中部欠发达省份,江西省通过科技管理观念、体质、机制和方法的探索与创新,实现了科技创新人才从净流出转变为净流入,其做法与经验为我国其他欠发达地区走出人才流失的困局具有一定启示.
