光伏产业具有投资基数大、投资回报周期长等特点,其投资来源、投资结构和比例存在较大争议.本文构建了演化博弈模型,对各方博弈主体策略选择的影响因素进行了分析,考察了不同初始状态下博弈的动态演化过程,并结合地方政府支持光伏产业发展的政策进行了案例分析.研究发现,企业与政府合作有利于建立起政府投入的长效机制,更好地推动光伏产业健康发展,提高行业利润水平与竞争力.%Photovoltaic industry shows large-investment,long-payback-period and other characteristics.There exists a large controversy in the source of its investment,investment structure and proportion.This paper constructs the evolutionary game model to analyze the influence factors of the game subject strategy choice,observe the dynamic game evolution process under different initial conditions.Then,it makes a case analysis combined with the local government's policy for the PV industry.The study finds that government and enterprise cooperation is conducive to establish a long-term mechanism of government investment,to promote the development of the PV industry,and improve the industrial benefit level and competitiveness.
